I can’t believe it’s already time to start packing our hospital bag’s for this baby’s birth!!!
When I went to the hospital to have Bowie, I honestly couldn’t remember what I packed in my hospital bag, but I definitely remember not needing half of it so this is the real deal on the hospital bag essentials you need!!! No extras, no birth plan printed on multiple sheets of paper, just enough stuff to get us through a few days in a hospital room and lots of snacks!
If you want to see exactly what I packed in my hospital bag, you can head over to our YouTube channel. This week we posted a vlog where I not only packed my bag, but Bowie’s bag, too! Plus, we put some finishing touches on baby boy’s nursery! Click HERE to watch that video!

One of the most important things in any hospital bag is the outfit that baby will come home in! Bowie came home in a marble onesie by Baby Breez and I’m really excited to tell you that baby boy will come home in a Baby Breez onesie, too – DESIGNED BY ME! I’ve always dreamed of designing my own baby clothes and it’s basically a dream come true to bring my son home in a onesie I created with him in mind. Of course, Bowie looks adorable in it, too!
The really fun part?
You can buy my onesie! There are limited quantities available, but hurry over to Baby Breez and get one for your kiddo – ages newborn to 5T!
Once you’ve got the “coming home” outfit chosen, it’s time to make sure all your hospital necessities are ready for the big day! Below, I’ve linked some of my favorites for your bag in hopes that I can make your packing just a little bit easier!
Baby boy’s arrival definitely seems more real now that our bags are packed, but I cannot wait to meet him! Make sure to stay tuned to my Instagram and YouTube channel for more sneak peeks of our preparation and the announcement of our son’s birth! Happy Packing!
